- Quantities, requested lead times, estimated annual usage and product life cycle
- RoHS Compliance, 1st Article Approval, and/or PPAP requirements
- Bill of Materials (BOM) - XLS format preferred, include assembly version, part numbers and reference designators, quantity required per assembly, description, and standard device package type
- Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Component crossing rules - XLS format preferred
- Supplies for fabricated items tooled, registered parts and/or contract pricing
- Gerber Data – All layers and drill file
- CAD data preferred for the following
- Assembly drawing with manufacturing notes
- PCB Fab Drawing with manufacturing notes (or Gerber data)
- Schematic
- CAD Neutral file – Output from PCB design software, normally ASCII text containing a Part list, Net list, Coordinate and Access list
- Programmed components – firmware, labeling
- Testing requirements and instructions – Word or XLS
- Quality, Cleanliness, Labeling, and Packaging requirements – Word or XLS
- Any ‘Product’ specific instructions – Word or XLS
